Surówka marchewkowa Dawidowa/ David's Carrot Salad

This is a wonderful, typical Polish salad. It is colorful, sweet, tangy, and refreshing! (And easy to make.)

INGREDIENTS:

* 4 large Carrots, peeled & grated
* 1/2 cup crushed Pineapple
* 1 Apple, peeled and diced small
* Juice of 1 lemon
* T. of sugar

RECIPE:

Mix, chill, and serve!
